Install Rpm Package Openfiler
Hi, I'm fairly new to Linux but I'm having all sorts of trouble installing gcc so I can install some applications. Basically I've downloaded gcc tar and extracted and tried to install and it says ' no acceptable compiler found' I've tried doing the following from openfiler forums but no luck. I've also tried to install a binary from but the registration page bombs out and I can't register to download. Any help would be appreciated. I found the full solution for Xen; following is a step by step procedure At the console prompt; 1. Cd /etc/yum.repos.d 2. Vi CentOS-Base.repo 3. Change the following from; [base] name=CentOS-$releasever - Base mirrorlist= =os #baseurl= gpgcheck=1 gpgkey= exclude=kernel-xen*, *xen* enabled=0 Change to: [base] name=CentOS-$releasever - Base mirrorlist= =os baseurl= gpgcheck=1 gpgkey= exclude=kernel-xen*, *xen* enabled=1 4.
