After my last experience with a manual pasta maker it sounded like a good idea. We pulled the machine out and found the instruction manual stuck together into one blob. Apparently the lady who used it once spilled something on the book without realizing it, and it had effectively glued all of the pages together. My Mom and I spent a good bit of time looking online for the directions without success. After half an hour I managed to get two pages to partially open, which fortunately was enough to get the general idea of how the machine operates.
