Press and Hold the C keyI know this is an old thread but just to provide some more info in case anyone comes across it, the first method works for current Ricoh copiers (anything 03-series or newer, i.e. MP 2553, MP 6003, etc.) and the second method works for almost all older Ricoh copiers (00-series, 01-series, 02-series and older, i.e. MP 5000, MP 5001, Aficio 3500, Aficio 2060, Aficio 171, etc.).

This is a somewhat complicated change. You must change the user parameter 'switch' to turn the automatic printing of the transmission result report off. If you have your Facsimile Reference Manual 'Advanced Features' then just go to the user parameters section and go thru the steps. If you do not have your manual you can download for free here.
